Owning a small live music promotion company means being able to do 360 degrees of work in the live music genre. My specialties are booking, mostly at the club level, 2,500 seat and under. Learn how to work with clubs and small theaters, and developing artists on the road. For the production side of the live music world, I work on running events from 2,500 seat and larger. Learn how to build events from the ground up, how to advance, run and settle live events, indoors/outdoors and everything in between.
BIO:
Jacki has worked in live music for over 25 years. She started in college radio, ran a small club, went on tour for a while and then started her own promotion and production company, which books around 15-30 shows a month at the club level across the Midwest. She also works in conjunction with Mammoth Live, booking larger events and handling the booking and production at theaters, festivals and clubs 2,500 cap and larger. Based in the Midwest, her company, Eleven Productions/Mammoth Inc., works out of esteemed venues such as Liberty Hall, Uptown Theater, Providence Medical Center Amphitheater (PMCA), Stifel Theater, Grinders KC. Clubs include the Bottleneck, the Granada, the Record Bar, the Waiting Room, Red Flag and the Cotillion.
